Chanting "Let us die! Let us die!" Aaron Weiss and his band "Mewithoutyou" deliver witty and painfully heart-wrenched spoken word over post-hardcore sounds (for the snob out there like me who categorizes the music they listen to). "And when you say you love him taste me like a poison on your tongue!" later follows. Generally when I think of Christian music I flashback to my church going days and the bible hymns we would sing in between the pastor's sermon. Then to the times I would visit other churches and they would sing songs about Jesus. This goes a little bit deeper than that.

The first album A to B Life so far the heaviest sounding is centered around suffering and pain. The proceeding albums grow less dark to a very slightly softer sound with more focus it seems on clever lyrics with storytelling.
